Neural Networks in Scratch from Swift + ChatGPT Starter App

These files come as a zip archive that contains both a Swift Playground and an Xcode Project, the same app in both formats. The app is meant to take you from zero to hero by coding a neural net in Swift as a companion piece to this blog article, training it from scratch with no CoreML or other frameworks. AND it comes with a tab demonstrating how to make your own chat bot with ChatGPT in Swift. All you need to do is supply the OpenAI API key and you're off to the races with your starter app!
